' “Although the city health ent still considers the baches should have »een removed, or provided nth a proper sewage system, he installation of electric oilets for a limited period is ■referable to the continual ■urial of nightsoil on a pubic beach,” Mr Millthorpe told he City Council’s health and Jenera! committee.
