Authorities were still looking for a motive for the shooting of Fayeiteville’s Fire Chief, James Cutchall, aged 33, and Wilbur Brookens, aged 54, also of Fayetteville. They were shot with a high-powered rifle on Saturday afternoon as they separately approached Rock’s home, which authorities [ speculate Rock himself set ablaze.
