Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason that:

(a) Any person whose name is on the said roll In respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection ts lodged, or. (b) Any person whose name is not on the said roll possesses the necessary qualifications at the time when the objection is lodged and is entitled to have his name enrolled, or, may, on or before the 15th day of July next, lodge an objection in writing on the form prescribed, at the office of the Waimairi County Council at the corner Clyde and Jeffreys Roads, Fendalton. The signed list of objections may be inspected without fee at the Council Office, corner Clyde and Jeffreys Roads, during office hours, from and Including the 16th day of July, 1977, to the 20th day of July, 1977. To be assured of your vote at the forthcoming local authorities elections, please check to see that your name is on the roll.
