H. Pollard to pay 8.5c tax-free
Henderson an/ Pollard, Ltd, increased unaudited group net profit, before equity interests, $225,000 or 25.8 per cent to $1,097,000 in the year to April 30. Equity Interests will be down significantly because of heavy developmental and expansion costs in associated companies, the directors say.
Sales revenue rose 16.3 per cent to $15.3m.
A final tax-free dividend of 8.5 c a share is payable August 2, ex-dividend July 15, making an unchanged annual rate of 12.5 c a share (12 J per cent).
