The first publication was made on June 25, 1977. 6704 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953 PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE OPERATIVE DISTRICT SCHEME UNDER SECTION 29 OF THE ACT PUBLIC NOTICE Is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Christchurch City Council made on June 20, 1977, the Council has resolved to initiate a change to the Operative District Scheme under Section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. The following is a summary of the proposed change: CHANGE No. 88: Designate part of 191 Ashgrove Terrace (pt Lot 12, D.P. 10506) for “Heathcote County Council Works Yard, etc.” pursuant to a requirement of the Heathcote County Council under Section 21 (7) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. The area of land involved is 840 square metres. Details of the change have been deposited at the Town Planning Division, City Engineer’s Department, 166 Gloucester Street, in accordance with Section 30A (4) (a) (it) of the Town and Country Planning Act and shall be open for inspection without fee to ail persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.
