Divorce for Beatle
|NZPA London A former Beatle, George Harrison, has consented to a “mail-order” divorce being granted to his wife, Patti Boyd. The London Divorce Court (Judge held that the marriage [had irretrievably broken I down because the couple (had lived apart for at least two years. Miss Boyd, a former model now living in Surrey, married Harrison in a regis-try-office ceremony in January 1966. The decree was granted under the special procedure which . does not require either party to attend court in uncontested cases.
