Good ride by Bell in Works
PA London A New Zealand rider, Gary Bell, battled his way over the Welsh hills through rain and wind yesterday to play second in the tenth stage of the Milk Race.
With only two days left in the race. Bell’s performance yesterday boosted him up to seventeenth place over all — the best any New Zealander has done since the race started on May 30. Another New Zealander, Stephen Cox, has withdrawn I from the race.
