World Cruise was got by Good Time (Imin 57sec) from Ensignette, by Ensign Hanover (Imin 59.8 sec) from Leta Long, the dam of Tar Heal (Imin 57sec), Keystoner (Imin 57.25ec), Meadow Pace (Imin 59.65ec), and Adiolette (2min), as well as eight in 2min ssec.

This is the family founded by Jessie Pepper, the third most successful producer of two-minute performers with 122 to its credit at the end of 1976.

I Ensignette is the dam of 'Sailing Race (Imin 59.45ec at three years), Navy Signal [ (2min) and World Cruise, as well as five others in 2min ssec or better, including Queen's Consort (2min isec). Ensignette’s progeny have won more than $750,000 in stakes.

World Skipper, which is in quarantine in England at present, is believed to be the only son of Meadow Skipper and a two-minute performer to be sold outside the United States. A black horse not unlike his sire in appear, ance, he is expected to arrive in New Zealand early in August.
