Paparua to spend more
The Paparua County i Council expects to spend $134,413 more this year than I last, but its receipts will be slightly less. • Figures placed before the 'council’s finance committee yesterday showed that payr ments from the general account would probably rise, from $479,590 last year, to $614,003. The four community councils within the county have power to determine their own rates, and have still to put their recommendations
