NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by the FLETCHER TRUST AND INVESTMENT CO., LTD, and the NATIONAL MUTUAL LIFE ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALASIA, LTD, for consent to a specified departure and/ or a conditional use to permit extensions to an existing shopping centre by the erection of a store and specialty shopping area with off street parking and access ways in accordance with the Plans PS and P 9 filed with the application and to use the same for such purposes. The property' is situated in the Main North Road, Christchurch, between Langdons and Sissons Roads and is located in the Commercil 2 and Industrial 1 zones.
The legal description of the land Is. firstly all those parcels of land containing together 8320 square metres <» thereabotus being Lots 4,5, 6, 8,9, and 10 on Deposited Plan 7670 and being all the land in Certificates of Title 4'li/ 285, 374/119, 418/40 and 12F/ 1041. Secondly all those parcels of land containing together 1420 square metres or thereabout being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 20461 and being all the land In Certificates of Title 798/97 and 817/ 90 and Thirdly all those parcels of land containing together 8.6117 hectares or thereabouts being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 27182 and being all the land in Certificates of Title 98/872 and 10AZ 165 (Canterbury Registry). The application may be examined at the office of the Christchurch City Council, 194 Manchester Street, Christchurch, during normal office hours and any person or body’ affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered ot the Town Clerk, Christchurch City Council, P.O. Box 237, Christchurch, not. later than 4 p.m. on June 24. 1977. Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of the objection and shall serve on the applicant a copy of the obiection.
