Secondly all those parcels of land containing together 1420 square metres or thereabout being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 20461 and being all the land In Certificates of Title 798/97 and 817/ 90 and Thirdly all those parcels of land containing together 8.6117 hectares or thereabouts being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 27182 and being all the land in Certificates of Title 98/872 and 10AZ 165 (Canterbury Registry).
