(b) To consider the position of membership in the Association and steps for an improvement. (c) To consider the relationships of W.E.A. Clubs to the parent organisation. (d) To consider the role of Affiliates and the function of the relationship. The proposed constitutional changes are as follows: SECTION 6, CLAUSE B "any may be nominated in writing with the consent of the nominee seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting: in addition nominations may be made from the floor at the meeting of persons present or if not present having given their consent to be nominated.” The word ‘may’ is substituted for the word ‘shall’ in line 4; further words are added after the tvords ‘Annual General Meeting’ in line 6. If this proposed amendment should fail and the original stand, then Section 12A headed Annual General Meeting.
