Magistrate to start in Aust.
INZPA Sydney Registratian of the New Zeai land stayer, Magistrate, was I made with the Australian Jockey 1 Club yesterday and the five-year-old gelding is clear to start in the 330,000 Prime Minister’s Cup 12015m> at Southport today. Brisbane bookmakers were yesterday quoting Magistrate as the 7 to 1 fourth favourite. Good Lord, which races in Australia as My Good Man, was an intended starter for the Cup, but after a delay to his registration in Australia he was not a final acceptor.
