Green light for zone
PA Wellington The Cabinet has approved legislation setting up a 200mile economic zone round New Zealand shores, and it will go before the Government caucus on Thursday for final approval. The Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) said that he hoped to introduce the legislation later in the week. The bill would probably then be referred to a select committee.
