Syndicate flats for sale
Six properties, each containing several two-storey flats, will be offered for sale on June 10 on behalf of Pacific Syndicates (N.Z.), Ltd, which is in liquidation. The properties will be offered separately at public auction by Sherris and Robertson, Ltd, in the grand hall of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce building. Three of the properties are completed and tenanted.
