Warning by Mr Harder
PA Auckland An Auckland law student, Mr C. L. Harder, has said that he would seek to enforce the processes of law if the Tramway Workers’ Union did not pay a fine and costs imposed by the Supreme Court at Auckland. Mr Harder won an injunction against the union over its 48-hour strikes, and the union was fined $lOO for defying the injunction. Mr Harder said that he did not want industrial strife, but if the fine, costs, and disbursements were not paid within the time allowed by law, the processes of the law would be followed.
