Dunk, Miller tie in golf
N.Z.P.A. Sydney I Billy Dunk (Australia) and [America’s golfing superstar, Johnny Miller, defied drenching rain and wind to tie their 18 hole match with a [two under par 70 at Manly yesterday. Each player notched five birdies in a simply [astounding display. ’ “Two under par today was six under,” Miller declared as he stepped out of his waterproofs.
He said Dunk would be a big money-winner on the United States tour if he could get “a tiny bit more distance.”
