The New Zealand jockey, Gary Willetts, representing Australia, finis-lied eighth in an international jockeys contest at G:eyvilie racecourse, Durban, cn Saturday. The contest was won bv Hugo Dittfach, of Canada. Dittfach’s three mounts ■ elded a win and a third place, to give him victors over three liders who tied for a second pl ac2 —Vilmar Sangiunett:, of Argentina. John Letts, of Australia, and Michael Cave, of South Africa. Lloyd Duffy, of Canada. Geoff Lewis, of Britain and Jean-Claude Desaint, of France, shared fifth nlace. ahead of Willetts and the French nder. Yves Saint-Martin. In an earlier lockevs >nternational last week Saint-Yartin .bared fir-1 nlace with a South African. Michael Roberts, who failed to score on Saturday.
