Car claims decision reserved
Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Casey in the Supreme Court yesterday on a claim and counter-claim arising from a proposal toi install a more powerful motor in a Fiat 124 car,; which had been modified fori racing. Glen Mclntyre, a company director, of Wellington, claimed general damages of S5OOO and special damages totalling $11,410 from P.D.L. Motors, Ltd., which in turn counter-claimed $l6lB plus interest from Mr Mclntyre. Mr JR. Milligan appeared for Mr Mclntyre, and Mr AAP. Willy for the defendant company.
