Soccer.—Billy Bingham, the soccer manager who gambled on big money signings to bring success, has been dismissed by Everton. Only a month ago Bingham paid out over £400,006 for Bruce Bloch and Duncan McKenzie and even though Everton reached the fourth round of the F.A. Cup by beating Stoke it was not enough to save the former Northern Ireland manager.
