Packaging firm reshuffle
Three stationery and pack-1 aging firms — John Dickin- i son and Company (N.Z.), Ltd, t E. S. and A. Robinson (N.Z.), > Ltd, and Reid Containers, 1 Ltd — will trade under the name D.R.G. from January 1. t All companies are members i of the international Dickinson Robinson Group. i John Dickinson, stationery 1 manufacturers, will become!; D.R.G. Stationery. !< E. S. and A. Robinson, j manufacturers of cartons and . flexible packaging materials, will be known as D.R.G.!' Biwkagiug. I
Reid Containers, specialists in spiral-wound containers and gravure-printed packaging, will become D.R.G. Containers. The brand-names of the three companies’ products will remain unchanged. The chairman of the holding company, D.R.G. (N.Z.), Ltd (Sir Clifford Plimmer) said that the moves were designed to give the companies a better defined identity, and to emphasise the corporate strength behind them.
