PA Wellington The police report on the alleged random checks on overstaying migrants may be made public in about a week. The Minister of Police (Mr McCready) said that the complete report would be made public. “Nothing will be held back, whatever the findings are,” he said. The police had interviewed hundreds of people in connection with the report, Mr McCready said. It would not include the text of every interview with every constable. “Thus the final report will be a summary, but nothing will be held back.”
