Eight pensioner flats built i bv the Paparua County Coun-; ci I as part of its housing pro-; gramme were officially • opened by the member of Parliament for Wigram (Mr! M. A. Connelly) yesterday. The flats—part of 22 at| present being built by thecouncil—cost $13,300 each to i build. Each flat consists of: a lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, and' has an area of 495 sq. ft.
