Farewell party
Hudson and Halls will be seeing their 1976 season with South Pacific Television out in style on Wednesday when a host of their previous guests join them on their final show for the year. The guests include Davina Whitehouse, Ilona Rodgers, Howard Morrison. Beryl Te Wiata, Marcus Craig, Ray Columbus, James Cosmo (from “The Mackenzie Affair”), Ranee Mahomet and the Auck-
land Boys’ Choir, The programme will also double up as a “bon- voyage” partv for Hudson and Hails, who will leave on Boxing Day for a six-week holiday in America “sort of drifting from Los Angeles down to Acapulco.” Coincidentally, December 22 is the show’s third (month that is) birthday.
Hudson and Halls will return to TV2 early next year.
