Regional plan
Sir, — The long-awaited indicative plan released this week merited less than one minute’s television coverage. Much time and effort has been expended upon this plan on which you commented in your editorial. However, nowhere can I find any indication of the source of supply of copies of the plan or of the explanatory booklet which I understand is available. It is to be hoped that these will be readily available to “John Citizen,” and hopefully, in language he can understand. The contents of the plan vitally affect the ordinary citizen and as he pays the piper ad infinitum, it surely is up to him to wake up and take an- interest. Ready access to copies of the plan is therefore essential and it should not be too much to ask tele* vision to devote time to dis-
seminating information. — Yours, etc., ISABEL TUCK. December 9, 1976. [The plan is being printed and is expected to be available to the public on December 20 at a cost of about $2. — Editor.]
