Carlton Mill work delayed
Bad weather yesterday morning delayed the start on laying a stonn-water pipe across Carlton Mill Road into the Avon, near the Harper Avenue bridge. The work, which will take several days, will now begin at 9 a.m. this morning, weather permitting.
