Kaiapoi Cup goes North
North Canterbury won the Kaiapoi Cup for the first time in five years when it heat Central Canterbury. 121-11'. in the annual golf match at Greendale last week-end.
Lincoln beat Hanmer, 62. to win the Ashby-Bergh trophy played in conjunction with the Kaiapoi Cup. Akaroa look the McGuire-Hendon Cup from Am berley after two count-hacks Kaiapoi cup results (North Canterbury names first):— Morning D. Palmer lost to G. Ward. 3 and 2; .1. Monk heat K. Rich, 2 and 1; ,1. Thekelrl lost to B. Arnst, 5 and 4; T Monk beat M. Begg. 3 and I: 1.. Kennedy lost to R. Sisson, 3 and 1; G. Combe boat C. Patterson, I up; S. Hill lost to R. Pirie, 3 and 2; G.
