Fairlie loses to Fibak
NZPA Toronto Wojtek Fibak, of Poland, easily defeated Brian Fairlie, of New Zealand. 6-1, 6-3, in the second semi-final of the men’s singles in the Canadian Open tennis championships, and will meet Guillermo Vilas (Argentina) in the final, United Press Inter, national reported.
Earlier Vilas had defeated Jaime Fillol (Chile) 6-3, 7-6, in the first semi-final.
