This has increased D. [McL. Wallace paid capital ($141,400, and the share pre- . [mium account by $180,904. The new total capital N $1,444,065. '• G. M. Douglas Ltd. is one ( of the main New Zealand [ manufacturers of hydraulic ’ couplings for use in heavy 1 transport equipment, earth moving machinery, forestry ’ equipment, and farm imple- ' ments. It is D. McL. Wallace’s intention that the business will remain located in Pukekohe, and all staff will be retained.
