fN.Z P A. Reuter—Copyright) HAVANA. April 20. The Cuban Prime Minister (Dr Castro) has threatened to call off the anti-hijacking: agreement between the! United States and Cuba if American-based Cuban re-1 fugee groups continued their! attacks against Cuban fishing; boats. A Cuban fisherman was i killed earlier this month ini the Straits of Florida in al machine-gun attack for which Cuban exiles in Miami later! claimed responsibility. Under the 1973 antihitacking agreement, the United States pledged that it would take action against such attacks. “The attack was a flagrant violation of the agreement,” Dr Castro declared. “If such attacks do not cease, and if their authors are not seriously punished, this will mean the end of this agreement,” Dr Castro called President Ford a vulgar liar for his recent public comments on Cuban military intervention in Angola.
