WELLINGTON. Murray Chandler (WalQUic mat a), was one of three player who tied for first place at th* conclusion of the inaugural JBui roughs national junior ches championship in Wellington yei terday. Going into the final roun Chandler trolled Kai Jense. (Hamilton) by half a poin Chandler beat Paul Spiller (Au cl lane) but Jensen could do n better than draw- with Dr > Beach (Wellington). This made Chandler and Jei sen joint leaders, and the Shared top honours with Rose Wensink (Whangarei), who bej Stuart Cordue (Wellington) in tij last match to be completed.
