Two jockeys injured

S. Jones, the rider of No Way, and It. Grant, the rider of Emphata, were taken to hospital after their mounts fell during the running of the Te Parae Stakes at Tauherenlkau yesterday. Jones has an Injured elkow, which may be fractured, and Grant has a suspected broken collar bone. Coruba Gold also fell In this race and his jockey, D. Melton, was concussed, but did not require hospital treatment.
