N.Z. apple book
The New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board will launch a new recipe book in May to coincide with National Apple Month. The book is well set out in a “li-flat” binding with colour photographs. It has a varnished cover and includes general hints and information about apples as well as recipes for any meal, party recipes and party games with apples. Retail cost will be $3.50.
