Petrol coupons
New petrol-rationing coupons are being stockpiled at post offices throughout the United Kingdom as part of a Government contingency plan to deal with possible fuel shortages, the Department of Energy has said. Ration books, issued at great expense during the 1973-74 oil emergency, but never used, were declared obsolete last year. — London.
