Fonda convalescent
Henry Fonda, whose recovery from surgery has been slower than expected, may be able to leave the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital next week, a spokesman for the actor said. Mr Fonda, aged 70, had a large tumor and a portion of his diaphragm removed on March 17. His family said the tumor was not cancerous. — Los Angeles.
