I During the closed fire sea-j ■ son it is an offence to light, any fire in the open without a written permit from the fire officer for the area. THIS INCLUDES: THERMETTES. BARBECUES, ETC., which are potentially hazards on the dry foreshore and picnic areas. Permits will only be issued while the surrounding grass is green, so once the growth dies off no fires at all will be permitted.
