Busy lines
Business before pleasure is the watchword of the West Germany Post Office, which has announced that all telephone calls will be limited to four minutes. Officials have explained that women making mid-morning and mid-afternoon calls are blocking lines needed by businessmen. The limits will come into effect in 1977.— Bonn.
