Clubs seek 2nd division
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON. Six leading regional league soccer clubs have asked the New Zealand Football Association to form a national league second division next season. The clubs were confident the national association would agree, a Hamilton club spokesman said. The club’s move arises from dissatisfaction with the present National League promotionrelegation system. It comes after a suggestion at an N.Z.F.A. executive meeting in Wellington last week-end that a second division be considered for the 1977 season. •Two of the six clubs are Eden (Auckland) and Nelson United.
