D.I.C. profit fell 38 p.c.
The audited group net profit of D.I.C. Ltd, for the year to July 31 fell 38.0 per cent to $671,043 after a turnover increase of 4.3 per cent to $21.5m and providing for additional depreciation of $112,884. The directors are recommending to the annual meeting to be held on November 19 an unchanged ordinary dividend of 14c a share, which is covered 1.6 times, ex dividend October 24.
