Sub-prelate appointed
<N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, Sept. 7. The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Auckland (the Most Rev. R. J. Delargey) was appointed a sub-prelate in the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem at the annual St John’s day and investiture service in Wellington today. The Governor-General (Sir Denis Blundell) took the service, as Prior in New Zealand.
J Three Knights of Grace i were also received. They were Messrs Harril George [Barden, Edward Browse Gilberd, and Cyril Walker LinkIman.
