Live sheep shipments

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 28. Arrangements for the shipping of live sheep to the Middle East might be made within the next few weeks, said the Minister of Agriculture (Mr Moyle) today. “New Zealand stock and station agents have until now not. been successful in arranging shipping for live sheep to the Middle East,” Mr Moyle said. “Negotiations are continuing, however, and it is possible that some arrangements can be made within the next few weeks,” he said, in a written reply to a question by Mr J. F. Luxton (Nat., Piako).
