New Libyan law
Libva has proclaimed a new law imposing the death sentence on anyone who tries to overthrow the Government or belongs to an illegal organisation. The Tripoli despatch by the official Iraqi News Agency follows Cairo press reports of an attempted coup d’etat against Colonel Gadaffi. — Cairo.
