WELLINGTON.
The Labour Party had begun the organisation of its campaign for the General Election in November, said the Prime Minister (Mr Rowling). Speaking to reporters after the weekly caucus of the Parliamentary Labour Party, Mr Rowling said that a strategy committee similar to the one used in the 1972 campaign had been set up, although he would not give its membership.
