Report on theatres
A report on the feasibility, of providing additional operating theatres, anaesthetists) room and associated accommodation on the Christ-! church Hospital site, will bei prepared for the North) Canterbury Hospital Board' by Cutter, Pickmere, and) Douglas. Recently theatres were closed for three weeks to allow for. maintenance. Only emergency surgery was done. The Hospital has long waiting lists because of a shortage of anaesthetists.
