Patrick co’s revival?
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) The creditors of Patrick Partners, Sydney sharebroker, have been told that a group of investors is trying to reorganise two offshoot companies — Patrick Corporation, Ltd, and Patrick Intermarine Acceptance, Ltd. The trustee for Patrick Partners (Mr J. Jamieson) said the proposal, for restructuring the two companies was being discussed.
To allow for this a meeting of creditors last Friday was adjourned until October 17. Mr Jamieson said a Melbourne solicitor, acting for the investors, attended Friday’s meeting, and that there was a good chance of reorganising the two companies.
