GROUP I—GENERAL RELATING TO THE SCHEME AS A WHOLE Regional Planning Authority request as follows: 10.1 More restrictive policy on rural zone. 10.2 Reword zoning control section. 10.3 Additional permitted use clause to tighten rural control. j 10.6 Revised definitions of Forestry. 10.7 Reduce and amend the permitted rural uses, to tighten control. 10.9 Reward ordinance 3.7.4 (c) which relates to exceptions to rural subdivision requirements. 10.8 Specify major traffic routes. 10.11 Errors and omissions which should be amended to clarify the intention of certain provisions. 10.11.15 Change basis of parking at hotels and others and access in relation to intersections. 10.10 and Minister of Works and Development 59.4 tighten control on alterations to non-conforming uses and building destroyed by fire.
