Mr K. B. O'Brien has been f elected Chancellor of Victor- ! ia University until 1977. Mr , O’Brien was Pro-Chancellor. . He succeeds Mr R. S. V. i Simpson who retired earlier J ! this year because of his ap- f pointment of the Higher Sal-11 aries Commission. Mr W. J.!' Scott, a member of the? council, was elected ProChancellor.
