A small cottage, with one bedroom, lounge and sunroom, on 23 perches of land in Lowick Avenue, Cashmere, was sold at auction by Mr D, O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd, for $11,950.
A four-bedroom house .on 37 perches in Hendon Street, Shirley, was passed in at $23,5(X), when auctioned by Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd.
