(N.Z.PA.-Reuter—Copyright) KAMPALA, March 2. President Amin' of Uganda wants Miss Elizabeth Bagaya, the Foreign Minister he dismissed last November, to return home, "so that together we can plan the country’s future,” Radio Uganda reports. President Amin dismissed Miss Bagaya, who is 35, after accusing her of making love to an unknown European in a Paris airport toilet. and of having contacts with British and American intelligence agents. “Every human being makes mistakes, and Miss Bagaya is no exception,” General Amin is quoted as saying. “When she comes back I will sit with her and plan the future of Uganda.” President Amin met Miss Bagaya’s mother in Kampala yesterday, and urged her to advise the barrister, former model and film actress to return home from Kenya. The general had accused Miss Bagaya of denigrating Ugandan womanhood through the Orly Airport incident. She was detained for a short time, and then put under .house arrest, but was freed a few weeks later. Miss Bagaya, who was Foreign Minister for nine months, was bom Princess Elizabeth of Toro, one of the small Ugandan Kingdoms abolished by the former President, Dr Milton Obote, .in 1967.
