Match for charity

The New Zealand Para-! plegic and Physically Disabled Foundation will benefit from a cricket match between an N.Z.B.C. team and a team selected by Mr W. Bromley, South Island director of Rothmans’ Sports and Cultural Foundation, to be played on March 16. Proceeds from the match, to be held at the Hagley Cricket Oval, will help in the rehabilitation of paraplegics. It is hoped the N.Z.B.C. team will include the Minister of Broadcasting (Mr Douglas) and Rodney Bryant, “front man” on “The South Tonight.”
