Apple and pear prices up
The price of unpacked, ungraded apples and pears has been increased from 7.120 c a kilogram to 7.475 c for the 1974-75 season. The Apple and Pear Prices Authority allowed the increase at a meeting on February 24. It is the maximum allowable increase under the Apple and Pear Marketing Act.
